.: Interior Repaint (Part 2)

First, I primered the headlight brackets from earlier. They were a mix of about ten different funny looking colors, and I figured I could make them look a bit better with some black primer (mostly making the bracketry less visible).


Afterwards, I shot paint over the other interior pieces. I used duplicolor’s sandable black primer, followed by some sort of gloss black (by duplicolor, don’t remember the line). Most of them came out great:


Alas, it rained while the rest of the pieces were drying. Paint runs, rain drops, all kinds of bad things happened. I’m going to have to refinish these later.



Above, the gauge cluster was primered, but hadn’t been painted yet. It started raining after the paint was applied. Ugh.
